The next level when it comes to innovative materials. The press pad "Genius" combines cushion ability, homogeneous heat transfer with absolute no-sticking surfaces. This mix results from the use of three distinctive materials, for the respective use.
The outer layers are PTFE, with non-stick features. The inner layers are silicone rubber, for best cushion ability. The middle layer consists of glass fibre for good heat conductivity and heat distribution. PTFE has another advantage when it comes to dirt, dust or particles. The surface is easy to clean and dries immediately.
The maximum operating temperature is 260 °C.
Every pad is produced on demand, according to the specific requirements of the lamination process. Size and special treatments are hand customized here in Viersen Germany.
