Lamination Pads

Our high-quality press pads are an essential tool in any lamination process. In the past, many layers of paper were used as a cushion during lamination, but today's modern press pads consist of multiple heat-resistant layers, each with specific properties to optimize performance. This innovation has allowed us to develop a range of lamination pads suitable for different applications.

We offer a wide range of pads in various thicknesses, surface textures, and heat resistances to meet your needs—whether for card lamination or other uses. Our products are designed to overcome a variety of challenges and ensure smooth and efficient lamination results.

Take a moment to explore our range! If you have any questions or special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you and supporting your projects!

P6200S Stable Series

The press pad "P6200S" is a differentiation of the P6200 Series. The mayor difference is an additional layer of glass fabric within the pad. As in consequence, the pad consists of a total of five layers. The additional layer results in a much stiffer pad, which improves the handling during the loading process.

The P6200S has an excellent heat conductivity and works up to an operating temperature of max. 260° C. The main advantage of silicone pads is the high cushion ability and pressure equalization inside the cassette. This advantage prolongs the lifetime of the pad, lowering the production costs.

Every pad is produced on demand, according to the specific requirements of the lamination process. Size and special treatments are hand customized here in Viersen, Germany.
