In the past, many layers of paper were used as a cushion during lamination, but today's modern press pads consist of multiple heat-resistant layers, each with specific properties to optimize performance. This innovation has allowed us to develop a range of lamination pads suitable for different applications.

P7200 Series

The P7200 Series is a thin press pad mainly designed for two purposes within the card production.

Some of our clients run very fast lamination cycles. The thin construction supports a rapid heat transfer to achieve short press intervals.

Furthermore, a lot of our clients use the P7200 as a middle layer within the booklet as an additional buffer. One side of the pad has a smooth, rubberized surface. The other side is made of fabric. The pad has an operating temperature of max: 200° C.

Every pad is produced on demand, according to the specific requirements of the lamination process. Size and special treatments are hand customized here in Viersen, Germany.

Reliable and solid packaging: Every order is shipped in a customized wooden box. Therefore, the plates can't move and damage themselves within the packaging
Test of heat conductivity: Every produced batch is tested for homogeneous heat conductivity.

Optional Services

Positioning holes: Due to laser technology, positioning holes can be applied accurate to the hundredth of a millimeter.
Marking: Data-Matrix Codes, serial number, QR-Code can be applied or customized to every scope of application.
