Lamination Plates

Our high-quality lamination plates are characterized by a flawless surface. Every scratch, dent, or streak can reduce the quality of your cards – that’s why we place great importance on perfection. We are able to finish both sides of the lamination plates with a defined, uniform roughness (RA) and brightness level to ensure optimal results.

A top-grade lamination plate also features consistent thermal conductivity and heat distribution, ensuring consistently high quality. Our product range includes a wide variety of lamination plates, from classic stainless steel plates and aluminum plates to hardened variants.

Aluminum Plate Card Production

Our high-quality aluminum press plates have been specially developed for the plastic card industry. These plates are lighter than stainless steel and, due to their softer material, they offer better protection for inlaid chips, which makes them ideal for the production of inlay cards and pre-lams (white cards).

We place the highest importance on quality, selecting only defect-free surfaces to guarantee high-quality output. Each plate is carefully checked for flatness to meet your exact specifications. Our master sheets are brushed, therefore only matt results are possible. Different RA-Values on request.

Each plate is produced on demand and customized to meet the specific requirements of your lamination process. Based in Viersen, Germany, we handcraft each order, paying close attention to detail, size and special treatments to deliver the perfect solution for your requirements.
