Lamination Plates

We are able to finish both sides of the lamination plates with a defined, uniform roughness (RA) and brightness level to ensure optimal results.

Stainless Steel Plate Card Production

Stainless Steel Plates for plastic card production, for example smart cards like bank cards. Other applications are PCB, CCL etc. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm and 1 mm.

 

Aluminum Plate Card Production

Aluminum Plates for plastic card production, for example Inlay Cards and Pre-Lams (White Cards). To be used for light matt finished cards. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm.
 

Hardened Steel Plate Card Production

Hardened Plates are used for special plastic cards, for example security cards and ID-cards. The hardened surface is more resistant to scratches, which extends the lifetime of the plates. Available in Thickness 0.8 mm.
